REFLECTIONS OF LIFE
Howard Phillip Moton was born August 10, 1954 to Prince Ella and R. T. Moton, Sr.
in Rockwall, TX. He grew up in Rockwall and graduated from Rockwall High School.
A vibrant entrepreneur and businessman the early part of his adult life, he was a blessing
in the lives of many who knew him.
He received Christ at an early age and had long-time
church affiliations with Cedar Grove Christian Church and New Caldonia Baptist Church.
Phil loved the Bible and the study of the word of God.
He was preceded in death by two daughters, Philea and Philtra.
Phil is survived by three of his children, Phillip (Linda), Marcus
and Derrick all of Dallas, TX; four grandchildren, Jazlynn, Julia, Christian and
Jazmine; tree sisters, Carol, Eva (James) and Joyce (Bill) all of Rockwall, TX;
a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
