Vidato, both of Oklahoma City, OK, identical twin sister: Cynthia Lewis and husband Eugene of Rowlett, TX: brothers: Jeffrey Hodge and wife Lisa of Sunderland, MD, and Anthony Hodge of St Louis, MO; grandchildren: Christian Vidato, Alexandra Vidato, Arthur James Vidato and Mia Vidato: two loving daughters-in-law: Heather and Tamara; a loving uncle, four aunts; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins
